My Real Estate History
- This is my 5th year in real estate. I have also spent a good number of years working for custom home builders, such as Executive Homes, in the Indianapolis area. I have worked as a preconstruction administrator and have a great deal of knowledge on house structure. I also have done quite a bit of market research on homes and condominiums in the greater Indianapolis area. Knowing how a home is built and what all the different options are in both the new construction and resale market, helps me provide you with the MOST educated information so you can make the best decision for you! Not all realtors understand new construction or have sold it! I'm originally from California, and understand the process that an out-of-town buyer goes through. If you're new to the area, I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by new sights and different trends in housing! Let me help you readjust to what I think is one of the best places to live in the whole country!
- Established in 1987, RE/MAX of Indiana has steadily grown to become one of the state's most trusted and proven real estate organizations. RE/MAX is one of the few companies that has world wide exposure.
- I originally graduated from Southern California College of Optometry with a degree as an Opthalmic Technician. After leaving the medical profession, I went on to study elementary education and got "side tracked" by entering the world of real estate. I am an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and have served on the Hamilton County MIBOR Executive Board of Real Estate for 2 years. As of January 1st 2009, I became the chairman of the board. I also am a certified IRES Agent- this means I am certified to buy and sell INTERNATIONALLY- so if you are looking for a vacation home, I'd love to help you find your perfect property! If you need a help for a foreclosure, short sale, or REO property, I am a Certified Expert in all of these areas- please call me- you need someone who has experience with these and is qualified to give you the best service possible.
